Use Case
AI Knowledge Management
Turn scattered docs, wikis, and notes into a searchable AI that answers questions in natural language — through your chat app.
The Knowledge Management Problem
Your team's knowledge is scattered across Google Docs, Confluence, Notion, Slack threads, email chains, and shared drives. Finding the right document means remembering where it was saved, what it was called, and which tool it lives in. Most of the time, it's faster to ask a colleague — and that interrupts their work.
An AI knowledge manager fixes this. Feed it your documentation, and your team can ask questions in natural language through Telegram or Discord. No more digging through wikis. No more "does anyone know where the deployment docs are?" in Slack.
What Your AI Knowledge Manager Can Do
Search with Questions
Ask questions in plain English instead of guessing keywords. "How do we handle refunds for annual plans?" works better than searching "refund policy annual".
Document Summarization
Get concise summaries of long documents, meeting transcripts, or policy pages. Ask for the key points and skip the rest.
Process Documentation
Ask "How do I deploy to staging?" and get step-by-step instructions pulled from your internal docs — no digging through wikis.
Onboarding Guide
New team members ask the AI instead of interrupting colleagues. It knows your tools, processes, and team conventions.
Meeting Notes
Feed it meeting transcripts and ask "What did we decide about the pricing change?" or "What are my action items from last Tuesday?"
Knowledge Updates
Update the AI's knowledge by sending new documents or corrections. It stays current as your processes evolve.
How to Set It Up
- Deploy — Go to openclawlaunch.com, pick your AI model, choose Telegram or Discord, and click deploy. Your AI knowledge manager launches in under 10 seconds.
- Feed it your docs — Send your documentation, wikis, process guides, and FAQs to the AI. It ingests and indexes everything for natural language search.
- Share with your team — Invite team members to the Telegram group or Discord channel. Everyone can ask questions and get instant, accurate answers.
Example Queries
“What's our refund policy?”
“How do I deploy to staging?”
“Summarize last week's product meeting”
“What's the process for requesting PTO?”
Session Isolation
Each user gets their own private conversation context. When someone asks a question, the AI responds in their private thread — other team members don't see the conversation. This means people can ask sensitive questions (about HR policies, compensation, or personal processes) without hesitation.
OpenClaw uses per-channel-peer session isolation by default, so each Telegram user or Discord member has a completely separate conversation history with the AI.
Which Plan Do You Need?
For teams, we recommend the Pro plan ($20/mo). Multiple team members asking questions throughout the day consumes more AI credits than personal use. Pro includes more credits and resources to handle the volume.
