1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OpenClaw Launch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OpenClaw Launch provides a web-based configurator for generating OpenClaw configuration files, saving configurations to your account, and launching managed Docker instances of OpenClaw on our servers.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not share your account with others.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use managed instances to run malicious software or attack other systems
• Circumvent resource limits or rate limiting
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it

5. Managed Instances

• Docker instances are provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee.
• Resource limits (CPU, memory) apply to each instance.
• We reserve the right to stop or delete instances that violate these terms or consume excessive resources.
• Instance data is not backed up. You are responsible for exporting any data you need.
• Instances connect to third-party LLM providers and chat platforms on your behalf. You are solely responsible for any usage and charges incurred on those external services.

6. Data and Content

• You retain ownership of your configuration data.
• You are responsible for the content of your configurations.
• We do not claim ownership over any data you create or upload.
• We do not use your data to train AI models. Your configurations and instance data are used solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

7. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or free from errors. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenClaw Launch and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data and managed instances will be deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
