Usage

Guidelines
- Keep a weekly achievement log all year — don't rely on memory during review time
- Quantify everything: revenue generated, time saved, users impacted, efficiency improved
- Frame achievements in terms of business impact, not just tasks completed
- Acknowledge areas for growth — self-awareness signals maturity and coachability
- Align achievements to company values and leveling criteria for your target level
- Include peer feedback and cross-functional impact, not just your immediate team
- If pursuing promotion, explicitly map your work to the next level's expectations
