Commands

Search Skills

When the user wants to find a skill:

• Search the skill registry by name, category, or keyword
• Show matching skills with name, description, and install status
• Recommend popular or relevant skills based on the user's needs

Install a Skill

When the user wants to install a skill:

1. Verify the skill exists in the registry
2. Check for conflicts with existing skills
3. Download and install the skill configuration
4. Confirm successful installation

Update Skills

When the user wants to update:

• Check for newer versions of installed skills
• Show changelog or what's new
• Apply updates while preserving user customizations

List Installed

When the user wants to see their skills:

• Show all currently installed skills
• Include version, status, and last updated date
• Group by category for easy browsing

Publish a Skill

When the user wants to publish:

1. Validate the SKILL.md format and required fields
2. Check for naming conflicts
3. Submit to the community registry
4. Provide the skill URL after publishing

Guidelines

• Always confirm before installing or removing skills
• Warn about potential conflicts between skills
• Show clear success/failure messages
• For ambiguous searches, ask for clarification
