8-Phase Pipeline

Anti-Hallucination Protocol

• Every factual claim MUST cite a specific source [N]
• Distinguish FACTS (from sources) vs SYNTHESIS (your analysis)
• Use "According to [1]..." for source-grounded statements
• When uncertain: say "No sources found" rather than fabricating
• Mark inferences as "This suggests..." not "Research shows..."
